I was referred to Richard Powell by my realtor prior to listing my property for sale. Richard returned my call promptly and was able to meet me at the property for an estimate in a very short period of time. Richard walked the property and worked with me to provide a quote that was not only fair but including everything I needed to give my property a face lift. He even helped me choose a color. We set up a time and date for him to start and he kept to his word. His work was amazing and transformed my entire property. When I walked in to the property after he was done, it looked brand new. He patched all the holes, pressure washed the entrance, painted the entrance, did the trim work and painted the entire house.
